Return & Cancellation Policy

1. End-of-Lease Asset Return

At the end of your lease term, you may return the leased asset to A*LEASE in accordance with the terms of your lease agreement. The return process must be initiated at least 30 days before the end of the lease term.

2. Return Conditions

All returned assets must meet the following conditions:

• The asset must be in good working condition, accounting for normal wear and tear
• All original accessories, documentation, and keys must be included
• The asset must be clean and free of excessive dirt or damage
• All outstanding payments must be settled before return

3. Inspection & Charges

Upon return, the asset will be inspected by our qualified team. You will be notified within 14 days if any additional charges apply for:

• Excessive wear and tear beyond normal usage
• Missing components or accessories
• Damage not covered by insurance
• Excess mileage charges (for vehicle leases)

4. Early Termination

If you wish to terminate your lease agreement early, you may do so subject to:

• A minimum notice period of 30 days in writing
• Settlement of all outstanding payments
• Payment of an early termination fee as specified in your contract
• Return of the asset in accordance with standard return conditions

5. Right of Withdrawal (Consumer Right)

For consumer lease agreements entered into online or via distance selling, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day the contract is concluded. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement.

6. Cancellation Procedure

To cancel your lease agreement or initiate a return:

2. Submit a written cancellation notice including your contract number
3. Our team will confirm receipt within 3 business days
4. We will schedule the asset return inspection

7. Purchase Option

At the end of your lease term, you may have the option to purchase the asset at its residual value, as specified in your lease agreement. If you wish to exercise this option, please notify us at least 30 days before the end of the term.
